Dismantling and removing the damaged Nitrile Rubber Insulation in the chilled water pipe line in the AHU machine room and disposing the dismantled waste material away from the 150m away from the site as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site
Scrapping, cleaning and painting with one coat anti corrosive bitumen primer over the cleaned surface of the pipes including cost of materials , labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site
Providing new insulation coating to the 21/2"chilled water line covered with 50 mm thick high density EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) section by pasting with bitumen compound including cost of materials, labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site
Providing new insulation coating to the 2" chilled water pipeline covered with 50 mm thick high density EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) section by pasting with bitumen compound and covered the section with 500g polythene sheet tied with chiken wire mesh including cost of materials, labour etc complete as per the direction of the Departmental officers at site
Providing new insulation coating to the motorised valves by using 50mm thick EPS slab. The irregular shape of valve fitting with EPS slab pasting with bitumen compound in one layer.
