Name of The Work - Providing Consultancy service for the work of Land Acquisition for Mumbai Coastal Road North VDCR Project

Preparation of land Acquisition / Revenue Survey proposal through which proposed alignment is passing in four copies including procurement of revenue records such as village map/ CTS maps (Hard copy & soft copy), 7/12 extract/ property card etc., from concerned state government departments scanning centerline of proposed alignment, land boundaries with distance & chainages on drawing including schedule of land such as survey numbers/ CTS Numbers, name of owners, nature of land & calculating area under acquisition, submission of proposal to Special Land Acquisition officers / competent authority duly signed by BMC , limited to documentation and paperwork with all material, manpower, transportation etc complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and erection of Pre-cast RCC M20 pillars of 150x150x900mm at site for demarcation of BMC boundary at the spacing of 50m center to center or at change in alignment or as directed by BMC Authority with marking of chainage etc. on the post with approved quality of paint as pe drawing given by BMC Office .The location of fixing pillars has to be worked out by the consultant as per Joint Measurement Sheets(Land Plan showing land to be acquired on revenue map),The pillars should project 40mm above the ground level. The pillar will have 4nos. 8mm Dia main bar with stirrups of 8mm dia at 200mm c/c spacing. The rate is including all tools & plants transportation labour etc. if required.

Preliminary notification, communication of the same to the owners by distribution of notice, affixing the notice on the notice board of every Concerned BMC office, panchayat/Talathi's / ULB/ Collector’s office for information, complete with manpower, stationery/Xerox/consumable, including transport arrangement etc.

Facilitating Dy. SLR/State Revenue Survey Authority in Carrying Out Government Revenue Survey of Land (JMS) with Revenue Staff & Land Owners/Sub-holders, Using Consultant’s Survey Equipment, Manpower, etc. The item includes the preparation and issuance of notices to all concerned parties, such as landowners, Agriculture/Forest/PWD departments, preparation of land plan drawings and area calculations, and an abstract statement (Vivaran-Patra) in five sets. It also includes the collection of the latest 7/12 abstracts, as well as providing assistance to Agriculture/Forest/PWD for their measurement works by supplying skilled manpower, complete in all respects, along with all the manpower, stationery/printing/consumables, and transport arrangements, etc. Note: - Revenue Survey Official fees shall be directly paid by the BMC

Photography/ Videography, numbering of agriculture (fruit bearing) & forest trees (expect mangroves/ salt pan ) within the proposed BMC boundary joint measurement sheet by making notch of size 100 X 100 mm, painting white paint/fixing steel plate and numbering the trees in each survey. Taking photographs and video shooting of the trees of each survey number of the village coming under acquisition in private/ Government, land separately. Preparation of document as per perform approved and submission of same in soft & one set of hard copy. The item includes all contractor's material, labours, transportation tools & plants, etc. For private land, number of trees should be identified a per survey no. /Land owner wise and within existing land, the number of trees should be identified as per BMC Km/Chainage.

Taking photographs of structure of each affected PAPs and submission of hard copy with all details of PAP such as name, survey no. Structure details etc. With consultant’s own machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc, Complete. This should be submitted village wise in 2 copies 1 with ring binding and other loose.

Facilitating BMC for the preparation of notification for declaration of affected survey numbers/ CTS number in the statement in prescribed format Marathi, Hindi & English in 2 Copies for publication in Gaz. Notification collection of documents required such as 7/12 and P.R card abstract etc. complete with all consultant's own man power, stationary/Xerox/ /consumables, including transportation etc. complete in all respect for all villages for complete job verification by BMC and correction by Consultant.

After publication of final notification, communication of the same to the owners by distribution of notice, affixing the notice, on the notice board of every village office, panchayat/Talathi's office for information etc. complete with consultant's own manpower, stationery/Xerox/consumable, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respect.

Survey and valuation of affected structures, and any other value addition to the land etc. with manpower, stationary/printing/consumables, including transport arrangement etc. complete in all respect in coordination with BMC.

Facilitating Forest department with the coordination of BMC for valuation of affected trees (expect mangroves) etc. complete in all respect, with man power, stationary /printing /consumables, transportation etc. complete in all respect.

Facilitating Agriculture department with the coordination of BMC for valuation of affected trees etc. complete in all respect, with man power, stationary/printing/consumables, transpiration etc. complete in all respect.

Facilitating Competent Authority for collecting all documents required for preparation of award such as 7/12 and P.R card abstract, 8A abstract, widow certificate, below poverty line (BPL) list, etc. with machinery, manpower, stationary/printing/ consumables, including transportation etc. complete in all respect.

Facilitating Competent Authority for preparation of order for transferring the land with all documents required such as Site Survey sheet, Vivaran-Patra, Possession receipt, etc. Submission to Dy.SLR of respective Tahsil with machinery, manpower, consumables, transportation etc. complete.

Facilitating Dy.SLR for preparation of KJP (Kami jast Patrak), chasing the matter and further submission to Tahsildar, Circle officer (Mandal Adhikari)/Talathi for transferring land title with confirmation machinery, man power, consumables, transportations etc. complete.

Facilitating BMC for taking physical possession of land by verifying the acquisition area as per possession receipt with the land owner and submit the joint report in prescribed format having signature of all members in 7/12 / property card with machinery, man power, consumables, transportation etc. Complete.
