Validation of feeder data in 11 KV Metering Points (Approximately 4616 11 KV Feeders and 2900 11 KV Consumers ) The rate will be paid when above are completed without any valid objection of incharge of each test division

Validation of energy flow data and losses by checking functional and communication status of meters at: The rate will be paid when three subcomponents of above are completed without any valid objection of incharge of each test division

1. DISCOM’s input energy metering points (Transmission Source Points)

Validation of energy flow data and losses by checking functional and communication status of meters for all Divisions with AT&C losses greater than 25% (Nos of Distribution Divisions -85 )

Verify metering and connection status of Agriculture (Metered and Un-metered), Govt. category connection (ULB, RLB etc.), and LT Industrial of consumers (Considering 40000 Consumers)

DTs where communicable meters were already installed (For approximately 7500 DTs)

Foot survey of feeders to check for thefts/ hooking (Assuming 40 Nos 11 KV Feeders and 30 Nos Locations having theft on each feeders )

Computation of AT&C losses for each division (for 96 Divisions): 1. Input energy data: 2. Billing and collection data: 3. Computation of distribution loss, collection efficiency and AT&C loss at a division level 4. Identify high-loss divisions and network segments: 5. Identify overloaded segments/ infrastructure: The rate will be paid when all five subcomponents of above are completed without any valid objection of incharge of each distribution division

Computation of subsidy assessed based on energy accounting data (for 96 Divisions): 1. Computation of category wise subsidy: 2. Computation of Average Billing Rate (ABR): The rate will be paid when both subcomponents of above are completed without any valid objection of incharge of each distribution division

Submission of Quarterly Report to BEE by Conducting Annual Energy Audit with necessary Pre-requisites and reporting requirements as per the regulation of BEE by Accredited Energy Auditor (AEA) Certified by BEE

Submission of Annual Report to BEE by Conducting Annual Energy Audit with necessary Pre-requisites and reporting requirements as per the regulation of BEE by Accredited Energy Auditor (AEA) Certified by BEE, complete in all respect.
