Air Conditioning

OD163088/2025-2026:All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of the following air conditioner units including replacement of defective accessories as and when required, including pressure testing of the system, compressor oil charging, gas charging, refrigerant control, vacuuming oil charges, cleaning using chemical materials and water, cleaning air filter, attending petty repairs to copper tube, leak testing, replacement of PCB board, replacing fan motor etc as required with service of the plant for 12 months. (Replacement of defective compressor, condenser coil and heppa filters are not included). The cleaning and servicing of IDU and ODU includes 2 no. water servicing using chemicals, water pump etc. and 2 nos. air servicing using cleaning materials and pressure air pump etc. The air filter of the indoor unit shall be cleaned by using cleaning material, check the indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant status, cooling temperature and check all electrical components for every month of the year. The operating status of the units should be regularly monitored and intimated to the department staff in charge and the Air conditioner Units should be maintained in proper working condition through out the period of contract - 8.5 TR Air cooled Ductable Split AC units (1 no x 12 services)
