Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any heights / depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering, removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable materials clear from the edges of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimeters) layers where required into plinth and side of foundation etcetera, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and disposed materials to be neatly dressed and leveled as per specifications approved drawing , design or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone agreegate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per specification approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry /polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/ brought to courses) with hand stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand ) including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded crushed stone aggregate twelve mm nominal size) and curing complete as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level to floor all levels in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement is to five sand) as per specifications approved drawing , design or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors as per specification approved drawing , design or as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and as per specification approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana and all type of taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M- twenty) design mix to obtained the minimum compressive strength of 20N /mm2 (Twenty Newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 320 kgs (three hundred twenty kilogram) per cubic metre to give an even smooth surface mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Column, Pillars, posts and struts above plinth level to floor two level as per specifications approved drawing , design or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single sections including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting fixing in position complete and applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete In beams joists,channels angles,tees,flats with connectiong plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common raffers and the like complete as per specifications, approved drawing , design or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

20mm (twenty millimetres) thick cement plaster in two coats,backing coat 15mm (fifteen millietre ) and finishing coat 5mm (five millimetre) thick on rough side of brick/stone masonry walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) as per specification approved drawing , design or as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material and as per specifications, approved drawing , design or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) new Steel and other metal based surface with ready mixed enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign mattress, sand papering and Knotting with enamel paint other than white complete as per specifications, approved drawing , design or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
