Excavation in foundation trenches ect. In earth work left upto 1.5 mtrs. And then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. layers and disposing off all surplus soil as directed with in lead of 20 mtrs. (P & J Work). Back side B/Wall.

Laying of C.C.1:6:12 in foundation including ramming and curing complete: Back side B/Wall.

Random rubble stone massonry in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation including dressing of stone. Back side B/Wall, foundation block. S/Structure.

Main Building Portiont:- Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 i/c ramming and curing complete excluding cost of form work.

Random rubble stone massonry in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation including dressing of stone.

Providing and laying white glazed tiles 10 mm thick flooring.

White glazed tiles 6 mm in skriting, risers of steps and dedo 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) and joint with cement slurry.

15 mm thick Cement plaster 1:5 (cement: sand in respective ration in rough sides of bick stones/concrete wails for plastering upto floor two level finished even and smooth including scaffolding.

Providing and fixing MS grill of required pattern plain grill

5 cm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of apporved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surgaces to give and even shade over and including priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface gree from mortar droppings and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including scaffolding.

Applying primary coat over new wood and wood based surface to give and even shade with enamal shade with pink primer.

Painting two coats (excluding primary coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel even shade i/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Septic Tank:- Excavation in foundation.

Laying of CC 1:6:12 under floor

Fixing 10.00/12.50/15.00 litres vitreous China low level flushing cistern with a pair of C.I. or mild steel brackets, complete with fitting such as lead, valve less syphon, 15mm nominal size brass ball valve with polythene float, CP. Brass handel, union and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and overflow pipes, 40mm dia C.P. flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet (Overflow) pipe to be measured and paid for separatly.

Fixing of wash hand basion etc. complete.
