Supply and placing of M 20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.480 cu.m , 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.32 cu.m , sand 0.400 cu.m and cement 350 kgs with water cement ratio of 0.48 (182.40 ltrs/ cu.m of CC)etc., to site and including all materials, operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with cement from standard suppliers approved by the department etc., complete and excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).R.C.C. grade M 20 (Design Mix) using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORD & MORTH 12.8 E) RBR-FNDN-4G.E (For Base Slab)

Hire charges for centering for RCC vertical walls using Steel scaffolding pipes , jack props, wallers, Foot plates , brackets, steel centering plates, etc., including retaining of water for curing and removing of centering etc., complete as directed during execution complete.

Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Carting of unserviceable soils loading and disposal upto 1000 mts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing HYSD bars ( Fe-500 ) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 & 2100 (5th revision) and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 for foundations of R.C.C items.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upo 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness by meachanical means in are aof light jungle

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing available material(Gravel) of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Vibrated cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500, 1700, 2100 & 2702 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement including operational charges for vacuum dewatering system for finishing CC Pavements with sccreed vibration, placing of filtermal, lop mat, vacuum process, floating, troweling, broming with wire brush etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supplying and laying of seperation membrane 125 micron and as per ISI standard specification duly fixing over DLCC including cost, conveyance of all materials etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge during execution of work

Providing 12.7mm thick Mastic pads for Expansion joints etc., complete for finished item of work

Contraction sawn joint groove (using diamond studded blades) 3 to 5mm wide and 1/4 to 1/3 depth of the slab+ or 5mm or as stipulated in the drawings and dowels bars complying with clause 602.6.5 of specifications for roads and bridge works ( third revision) published at New Delhi in 1995 by IRC on behalf of Government of India, Ministry of surface transport and as detailed in the drawings the contraction joint shall be cut as soon as the concrete is undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the load of joint sawing machine without causing damage to the slab the joint celing compound shall be hot poured bitumen type having flexibility, resistancce to age hardening and durability of the sealant shall be in accordance with IS 1834-1984 with all lead & lifts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., completed. (at 4.50 mts C/c)

Construction of Gravel Shoulders including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by approved means, on prepared surface including breaking clods, watering, lavelling and compaction by using 2T roller etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Construction of pedestal for Inaugaration stone including earth work for foundation, PCC (1:4:8), sand filling, brick masonry work in CM (1:6), plasteering in cement Mortar (1:4) 12mm thick, painting to new walls with 2 coats over primary coat (total 3 coats) of plastic emulsion paint, fixing of granite stone (2'x4') and Engraving letters, other incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per the dimension approved by the Engineer-in-charge
