Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick any type of shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18sqm , as in floors etc set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x 6mm to 7 mm thick set over and including 10 mm thick rendering on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration as approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc.15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece in window/opening(jambs/cills) laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 12 - 15mm thick on vertcle sufaces steps, skirting , and dado of over 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar in 1:4 jonted with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20mm thick in cooking platforms / WHB and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring in landings of staircase & treads of steps etc. of 20 - 25mm thick (the stone may be in one piece) including rubbing and polishing and to engraved to horzontal lines each step anti skid complete set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
