Excavation in Hilly area for Construction of Passing Palace, Utility Palace and Parking Palace of Motor Road in all types of Soils, Rocks and E&B etc. as met at site, true to lines as per Plan, L-Section, Cross Slope, Super Elevation as required, also including Uprooting & Cutting of Bushes, Dressing of Road surface to the required level and slopes with all Lifts & Leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in Drawings by Mechanical means / Manual means and including construction of required coolie walling for retaining the muck, without otherwise damaging the Forest, Forest Land, Utilities, Private and Public Properties, including Slip Clearance till the completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORD Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603.

Earth Work in filling with local soil, E & B for making proper super elevation including ramming, watering & dressing the surface to the required level & slope also including supply of all material, labour, T & P etc. repuired for proper completion of the work.

Excavation for Structures: - Earth work in Excavation foundation for cross drainage structures, retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures in all types of soils and rocks as met at site with all leads, lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge including supply of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work in accordance with the MORD specification.

Stone masonry in cement mortar (1:5) for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 Random rubble masonry In cement mortar (1:5)

Random Rubble stone masonry for structure laid dry by locally available approved stone, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per drawing & as per MORD specification for retaining walls, breast walls & other similar structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying filter media as Hand packed stone filling in the back of retaining walls, abutments, wing walls etc. by locally available approved stone including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing weepholes in stone masonry, plain/reinforced concret abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 (For R/w)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia G.I. Wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification of MORD and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction

Providing & Laying M10 grade plain cement concrete in open foundation as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

15 mm thick Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 including supply of all materials, labour,t&p&royalty etc,required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications Clauses No.613.4

Providing & Laying M 25 grade plain cement concrete in open foundation as per MORD specification including all material labour T&P etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

White washing of parapet walls of CD work and tree truncks White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915

Providing edge stones of Size 450mmX350mmX100mm on valley side of formation as per drawing and technical specification clause 1608.2.6 as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification.

The maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, clearing, cleaning, reshaping, regrading, deepening of side drains as well as catch water drains as per technical specification Clause 1907.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructruer complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202. (The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First Revision'2014) and IS1786:2008 clause no. 1.6)

Repairs of damages caused by rain/spillage of water Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.( Using naturally occuring gravel)

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) Medium porosity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (Rapid setting RS-1 grade complying with IS:8887 ) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared grangular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Open Graded Premix Carpet Providing, laying and rolling of cold mix Open Graded Premix Carpet of 20mm tnickness(composed of 13.2 mm - 5.6 mm nominal stone size aggregates) using Bitumen Emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant (Concrete Mixer 1 cum), laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2 of MORD Specification.

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat by Bitumen /Bituminious Emulsion (Tailor made binder) as binder for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per attached drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per attached standard drawing duly painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction given by Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per MoRD specification Clause 1701 .

Providing & fixing of Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing , directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads. (precast)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Maintainance Activities:

Major Slip Clearence in all type of soils, Rocks and boulders including cost of all material, Machine, T&p etc required for proper completion of work as per MoRD specifications of work 1611.

Maintenance Under PBMC for (1) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/Berms and disposing of the same to suitable locations as per technical specification clause 1914. (3) Maintenance of shoulders to the required level by filling/cutting the soil and its compacting including disposal of the surplus material in approved muck disposal points as per technical specification clause 1903 (4) Maintenance of scuppers & culverts by way of clearing, cleaning, erosion repair, repair to crack, parapet walls and protection works as per technical specification clause 1908. (5) Maintenance of Causeway by way of minor surface repairs, replacing guide posts, repair of fixed gauges, removal of debris providing boulders and protection works and painting as per technical specification clause 1909. (6) Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910. (7)Maintenance of 200 metre, km stones, by way of refixing of tilted stones repairing with cement mortar, cleaning, repairing and lettering on 200 meter, km stone and 5th km stone as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1912. (8)Repairing of pot holes by removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface and providind tack coat bitumen emulsion and patch repair with 20 mm thick premix carpeting and type B seal coat using biyumen bitumen emuision(in 3rd and 5th year) (9)Two coat White washing on parapet walls of CD work, edge stones, tree truncks and prominent rocks, patches on hill sides including preparation of surface by cleaning scrapping etc. as per Technical specification Clause 191.
