SEPTIC TANK :- Earth work excavation for (Sumps, Tanks and Open Excavation) and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. and overheads and contractor profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges as per SS 20B (APSS 308) in Ordinary Soil-Manual Means.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed Granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand ), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations , ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 350 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (river sand)coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, Pedastals, Plinth beam .

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 901 & 903).

Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Category B Other Steel Manufacturers with minimum installed Production Capacity of 2 Lakh MT/annum to l0 Lakh MT Per annum (GOEL, SHYAM, JAI BALAJI, AFSTAR/MSLIFE TMT, RADHA TMT, SUGNA TMT, SHREE TMT) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126)

Supply, delivery and fixing of 110mm dia PVC vent pipe including vent cowl, cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, overhead & contractor's profit etc., complete for fixing it to the septic tank as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing 914.4 x 457.2 mm man hole frame and cover (light weight) 30 Kgs, including cost & conveyance of all materials, all operational, incidental labour charges, overhead & contractor's profit etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying, jointing and testing SWG SP-1 pipes of ISI make conforming to ISI 651 & 4127 with air tight cement joints in cm (1½:1) prop, including excavation of trenches and socket pits in any soils (except rock requiring blasting) up to 914.4 mm (3'0") depth and refilling, watering and tamping, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all operational,incidental , labour charges, overheads and contractors profit, etc. complete for finished item of work (152.4mm)

Constructing 904.0 mm (3’0”) dia solid block masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using fly-ash blocks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 10 N/sq.mm including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 prop; ½” thick both inside and outside fitted with 20” dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 904 mm (3'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, overheads and contractors profit, etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification. 3'-0" Depth
