M & L for taking down the turbo charger, taking out to work authorised work shop dismantling, cleaning and replacement of turbo charger kit (i.e. shaft, 'O' ring, bearing/bush and nut bolts) clamps hoses including calibration of turbo charger and refixing to its original positions after repairs and testing and commissioning upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing battery cable lead of copper conductor 35 to 95 Sqmm Sqmm single core with necessary terminal suitable for 12 Volt/24 180 AH Battery

M & L for dismantling rusted/defective acoustic enclosure doors hinges and supply and fix new doors hinges of any sixe including cutting, welding brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismounting the diesel generator set Radiator of Capacity 320 to 750 KVA, Removing the out side unserviceable core completely and replacing the old core with new copper core including servicing, cleaning of front side radiator core, brazing, assembling & pressure test complete at workshop and commissioning at the side of GE (P) Navy Kalinga all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The above quoted rate including the transportation charges from GE (P) Navy Kalinga to work shop and back. Overhauling and radiator core replacement to be carried out by the authorized agency as per the manufacturers.

S & F and commissioning in repair microprocessor-based generator set Control Panel (25 to 100 KVA DG Set) of any make and model and as per site requirement for monitoring metering and control system to provides a simple operator interface to the generator set, digital voltage regulation, digital engine speed governing, start/stop control, 12V/24 V battery operation and generator set protective functions for integration of all functions into a single control system to provide enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control system all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Installation and commissioning will be carried out by the authorised agency as per the manufacturers. A certificate will be rendered by the contractor that the item installation has been done by the authorised agents. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of any spares replaced during installation of microprocessor set other than supply only items, as prescribed by the manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for overhauling of 500 KVA DG Set Engine by dismantling complete and replacing the unserviceable parts like connecting rod, piston, piston rings and overhauling and servicing of Head Assembly, Nozzles, injectors, etc Assembling back complete Engine and necessary alignment with alternator and testing to load, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares for overhauling shall be measured separately.

M&L for carrying out the servicing of DG set of capacity25 KVA to 750 KVA, Make - Kirloskar/Cummins/Ashok Leyland/Greaves by taking down old/UNSV spare parts, Cleaning and servicing inside and outside thoroughly with cleaning solution K-Clean, including replacement of ,spare parts checking/rectify tightening of loose nut & bolts including carrying out minor addition/alternation for fixing the parts for smooth functioning of DG Sets complete up to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Dismounting the Alternator from diesel engine and separating the same and removing out the unserviceable flywheel and supply and fixing new fly wheel assembly suitable for DG Set capacity upto 500 KVA

Supply and fill distil water in lead acid batteries up to required level to maintain battery complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with 7.5 M CI pipe 80 mm dia with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length, joints with suitable stainless steel nuts and bolts and sufficient slot upto to 2.5 mtr length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top flanged ended 2.5 Mtr bellow ground label welded/connected with GI strip 32x6 mm size on the top edge of the flange to bottom edge of the flanged for earthing including filling the pit with charcoal common salt surrounding the earth pipe including drilling 400 mm dia bore in any strata of soil to lower the CI Pipe complete including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab and necessary testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.
