Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly : Upto 9.0 Mtr size 0.6 x 0.6 x 1.70 Mtr.

Supply only LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 of capacity 150 Watt. (Make : Havells/ Crompton/ Philips).

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure.

Supply only XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of following sizes.(Make : Havells/Gloster/KEI). (a) 16 Sqmm 4 core.

(b) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Straight through Jointing of cable of different size by compound jointing kit including S&F ferrul, tapes and jointing materials (Brand approved by EIC) : 3.5 /4 Core 50 Sqmm cable.

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated flexible stranded coper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core. (Make : KEI/Havells/Gloster)

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Micro tunneling with 65mm OD HDPBC 5mm thick pipe through 1 mtr below the road of providing 100mm dia GI pipe (Vlass B medium of approved quality with ISI marked) and laying cables through the pipes by open cutting method at a depth of 1000 mm and 300mm wide and refilling the gap with white sand duly compacted to the satisfaction of the EIC.Material and labour for micro tunneling including supply of 50 mm dia HDPE pipe as per appropriate specification in single lenths for each individual tunnel.

Fnishing the end of XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials of size 4 core 16 sqmm.

Supplying & Erection of mini size feeder pillar box of Size (918 x 561 x 382 mm) made up of 2 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made up of (35 x 35 x 3 mm MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion coverd by 5" Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of E.I.C.
