Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling,size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick, high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing flame proof ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, dismantaling of parts, removing burnt out windings with insulating materials,cleaning throughly internally and externally, rewinding fan motor with super enamelled copper wires of existing size including provision of all insulating materials and varnishing, lubrication of bearing / bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEMs reccommendations, replacement of defective parts,re-assembling, hanging in original position including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) Repairs and rewinding woks shall be carried out through authorised technicians of the OEMs as approved by GE. (ii) Spares for replacement shall be as per OEM's specifications.

Taking down carefully existing flame proof exhaust fan 300 mm/450 mm size, dismantaling of parts, removing burnt out windings with insulating materials,cleaning throughly internally and externally, rewinding fan motor with super enamelled copper wires of existing size including provision of all insulating materials and varnishing, lubrication of bearing / bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEMs reccommendations, replacement of defective parts,re-assembling, fixing in original position including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.
