Replacement of old Package AC units installed in SHA including 5 years AICMC (after DLP) at Tezpur Airport

SH:-I & SH:-II (SITC works)

Supply of following capacity modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R410A Refrigerant,vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI Conditions and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 415 V+/-10%, 3Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply including all accessories, complete as required. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.0 and IEER not less than 6.5. a) 22 HP nominal capacity

Supply of following minimum 16.5 TR cooling capacity of suitable CFM and External Static Pressure VRF/VRV floor mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/ dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve ,corded remote control, outer cabinet, vibration isolators, drain pan, other necessary supports etc. ,suitable for operation on single phase AC supply 415 V±10%, 50 Hz including all accessories, complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. (Make : As per enclosed AAI Approved list )

a) Floor mounted Ductable units/AHU of MINIMUM-16.5 TR/20 HP

Supply Installation of Y- joints for IDU - IDU/ODU - ODU refrigerant piping.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the above 22 HP modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units including minor civil foundation/minor civil work but excluding MS fixing frame structure as per enclosed technical specification.

Installation Testing and Commissioning of the above 16.5 TR cooling capacity VRF/VRV floor mounted ductable type Indoor unit including minor civil foundation/minor civil work but excluding MS fixing frame structure.

Supply and installation of interconnecting refrigerant copper pipe between indoor and outdoor units covered with 13 mm nitrile rubber for liquid line & 19 mm for suction line with 400 Psi Nitrogen testing and MS support complete as reqd. as per specification of following sizes. (Make: As per enclosed AAI approved list )

a) 31.75 mm OD

b) 19.1 mm OD

Supply & Installation of Insulated (6mm Thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation) UPVC, ISI marked condensate drain piping etc. complete with accessories as reqd.

Supply / laying of the following sizes of Power/control cum transmission wiring including connction, testing and commissioning etc as required.

a) 1.5 mm x 2C copper (Unarmored)

b) 16 sqmm x 4C copper (Armored)

Supply & Installation of Slotted angle G.I perforated Cable tray with top cover for laying of refrigerant pipes and cables of following size complete with nut bolts, washers, fastners, MS support etc. as reqd. (Size: 300 mm X 100 mm x 1.6 mm thick)

Supply & Installation of condenser outdoor frame structure made up of MS C-Channel of Size 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thickness for a height upto 1000 mm for suitable dimension of outdoor units made of structural steel and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour same as that of condenser unit including necessary C/C foundation.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site 22 SWG GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting with Acoustic insulation with 10 mm eco sound nitrile rubber pasting of adhesive etc complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, Canvas Connection, hangers, supports etc. As per approval drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. (Only for New Indoor to existing Plenum)

Supply and Installation of Powder coated extruded aluminum diffuser with volume control damper Size 450 mm x 450 mm/595 mm x 595 mm complete work like dismantling of existing diffusers and modification of duct for matching of grid false ceiling including of supply and fabrication of 24 SWG GI Duct with 9 mm XLPE Insulation etc.

Supply and Installation of Powder coated extruded aluminum diffuser without volume control damper Size 450 mm x 450 mm/595 mm x 595 mm complete work like dismantling of existing diffusers and modification of duct for matching of grid false ceiling including of supply and fabrication of 24 SWG GI Duct with 9 mm XLPE Insulation etc.

SH-III Dismantling Work

Dismantling and shifting of existing 10 Tr x 4 Nos floor mounted Package type ductable AC, Complete dismantling work like Indoor units, outdoor units, copper pipes, ducts only as per requirement for Installation of new Ductable ACs, electrical cables, shifting of all dismantled items as per direction of EIC to other place.

SH:-IV AICMC for 5 years (After Defect Liability Period of 1 Year).

a) 1st Year - ( 6% of SITC cost i.e. Total of SH:I & SH:II, including Frieght, insurance & transportation.) For 1 Job/ Annum

b) 2nd Year - (6% cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable for second year.) For 1 Job/ Annum

c) 3rd Year - (6% cumulative enhancement on second year cost shall be applicable for third year.) For 1 Job/ Annum

d) 4th Year - (6% cumulative enhancement on third year cost shall be applicable for fourth year.) For 1 Job/ Annum

e) 5th Year - (6% cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable for fifth year.) For 1 Job/ Annum
