M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying prepolished cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape heavy duty , set,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including spreading and levelling in layer not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft loose soil compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M & L cement conc. 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass conc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; , Rough finished surfaces of concretec flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated aluminium/steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings.

M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, roofs,fixed with self tapping screws or L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts as specified.

S&F 0.56mm thick Plain Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing length and girth as fixed with coach screw and Aluminium washer in roof and wall etc. fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 10 mm dia and over, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed. Providing and laying 50mm thick for precast SFRC drain cover without frame but including complete sides iron sheets (medium ) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard minimum load bearing capacity 3 to 4 ton /Sqm in circular , square or rectangular shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All Reinforcement and iron sheet including formwork,concrete complete the rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M & L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old column from sub base PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall & applying one coats of weatherproof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Attending day to day complaints of street light like burned wire, line/ cable fault, taking down unserviceable street lights and refixing and fresh connection of existing street lights (removing carbon/ rust) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. If loged complaint are not done by contractor every day recovery should be made double of quoted rate. 2. Any T&P required for repairing of street light should be provided by the contractor.
