Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar works, verticle or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations including rafts, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe - 410W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long, diametre of neck 20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of cement base paints on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including providing joints in between bays and wall, filled with mastic filling using one part of bitumen & three parts of sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel work in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe - 410W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe - 410W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolled mild steel sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc conforming to Fe - 410W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.50 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia (medium grade) complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made sunk type mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick (wall thickness) conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover for mounting switches/ sockets/regulator etc., including 1.50 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including cutting chases for concealed conduit, pinning in, making good to facing and disturbed surfaces using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
