Dismentalling of bricks on the edge/old interlocking pavement/ cc road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with the lead of 50 mtr as per direction of engineer in charge

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Earth filling work in embankment in ordinary soil i/c lead 30mt. & lift 1.50 mt. with cartage 5.0 Km distance to done from regular pits.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with 2% cement (OPC) rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing and laying cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 (1 Cement 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M20 grade in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure/superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202

Deductions of old interlocking paver blocks/bricks

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper 50mm thick embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
