Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on wall for stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered walls over a one coat of 1mm thick JK/Birla wall putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth plastered and other surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, and preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a one coat of 1mm thick JK/Birla wall putty on olf surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC on stone masonry/concrete surfaces/roof projections/chajjas upto the height 7 Mtr fair rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
