Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. All work up to plinth level

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing inpositionand binding all complete above plinth level/Above plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. All works upto plinth level/above plinth level.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. In Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed Wall tiles/ Floor Tile conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
