Urgent mechanical works to be carried out at lift irrigation scheme Armpora/ Natnussa old of MISD Handwara.

Amount

Replacement, providing, fitting, testing of 200 mm CI flanged foot valve including jointing and testing with cost of jointing material such as nuts, bolts, rubber insertions etc. The old damaged foot valve shall be returned to divisional store Baramulla across a lead of approx. 40 km. The job includes charges on account of cost of equipment, skilled manpower, transportation and testing of same at LIS Armpora. (preferred make kirloskar or equivalent)

Providing and fitting of 250 mm dia MS flanged tail piece (flange dia 12mm) to the suction line having length of 02 feet and min thickness of 04 mm along with nuts bolts and RI cloth washers. The work is of emergent nature for operation of pump at low water level. The job includes dismantling of foot valve/suction line then adding tail piece to suction line and testing of same at LIS Kandi Natnussa.

Providing and fitting of MS nuts and bolts of assorted sizes (02kg) 250 mm dia rubber washers (03 no)., Providing and fitting of palmetto packing (02 kg)

Providing and fitting of new 50 mm dia ISI mark brass ball valve, GI nipple (to be fitted to MS delivery at Lift Irrigation Scheme Armpora.

Repairs to the MS base frame at Lift Irrigation Scheme Armpora by way of welding/cutting works by way of using oxy acetylene gas cutter / DG set / welding set for strengthening of base frame and making of holes in base frame for proper fitment of pumping equipment including providing, fitting of base bolts (01 kg) at LIS Armpora
