Providing and fixing Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood work in frames of false celling/ lining/ partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position etc. within all leads, lifts of materials and other. Incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in panelling , partitions & wall linning i/c mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (Frame work, cover fillets to be measured & paid for separately) within all leads, lifts of materials and other. Incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing plain lining / ceiling with tongued and groved jointing and screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) with 12mm thick Pine wood within all leads, lifts of materials and other. Incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. ( The sample of Pine wood shall be got approved from engineer incharge before use).

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 50mmx12mm section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions. 2nd class indian teak wood within all leads, lifts of materials and other. Incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Polishing two or more coats with french polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler within all leads, lifts of materials and other. Incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area beyond 3 sq. metres including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window/ Door above 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle on one side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.Two track two panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window above 4.00 sqm upto 8.00 sqm.)
