Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) all complete.Payment shall be made as per actual measurement.

P/F of 12 mm thick Nordic pine wall paneling (T&G) fully finished & four sides planned,fungus and termite proof (seasoned moisture content 8% to 15% imported type ISO :14001 approved including fixing with head less nails and inclusive all carriages, all taxes of allied material involved (including Budloo wood frame) work by 50 x 50 mm battens not more than 600mm c/c both ways, 12mm thick ply wood and touch wood polishing two or more coats complete in all respects finished work to be measured.

Providing and fixing of 8mm thick readymade laminated wooden flooring of approved brand and manufacture over 4mm foam layers incl. all necessary screws, beadings, fittings and fixtures all complete as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing 50 liter capacity water heater Gyser of approved brand of jaquar/Venus/ Recold or any equivalent brand including its fixing at desired position complete in all respects.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (Antiskid) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.One or more coats on Old work incl. Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) all complete.
