Replacement of 500 mm dia existing damaged delivery pipe of VT Pumps by providing and fitting of new delivery pipe for 02 No. pumping unit at lift irrigation scheme Tokina.

Dismantling of damaged delivery pipe line of 20 cusec VT Pumping equipment installed at site up to delivery discharge by way of Cutting and removing of delivery discharge 500 mm dia. embedded in the sump side wall using gas torch. The job includes dismantling of cement concrete/rubble work to extract the damaged delivery pipe line embedded carefully by using skilled labours to avoid any damage to the wall of the pump station and making the wall good after completing the work.Providing, fitting and installations of new MS delivery pipe 04mtr long both ended flanged compatible to existing flanges having thickness of 25 mm. The pipe shall be 500 mm dia. 6.3 mm thick ERW welded MS pipe. The job further includes providing and fitting of suitable flange washers,SS nuts and bolts of required number and size. The complete new work shall be painted by anticorrosive metal primer and two coats of blue shaded paint after complete installations at site.Testing of the job on full load is involved in the job. Note: Before quoting for the work the interested bidders may be asked to inspect the site first.
