REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-III AT ROORKEE UNDER GE ROORKEE

Repair to pot holes and depth n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free dust & mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in Roads path etc cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth bu making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed biutminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix macadam, binder and chipping) depth of potholes exc. 30mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix (paving bitumen VG-10) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm VG-10 and providing. Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete rolled compected to required camber and camber with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
