Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing rubbish off the MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation filling mass concrete or in sub base of floor complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) sub base to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping of hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plastic dividing strips 38 mm thick, 1.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L factory made prepolished rubber moulded vibromatic Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and colour pigment to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for ceramic tiles heavy duty, 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in flooring etc, over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, 60mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment, laid in any pattern as approved complete over & including 50mm thick (compacted thickness) sand cushion with joint filled with sand as approved complete all as specified and directed. M&L preparation of brick/ concrete surfaces with washing, rubbing down and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint high class reflective type in any colour complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concretebut excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE:- Precast P.C.C bond stone shall be mearured and paid seprately under the respective item after deductions from gross quantity of random rubble stone masonry )

All as per item No 15 here-in-above but except stones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Raking out joints/pointing in cement mortar to to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses old stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Note:-The rates include for raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing)

M&L for Raised pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry or brought upto courses of any description Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry or brought upto courses of any description Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/tile work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:4 finished fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement .

M & L rendering in manholes 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 finished with cement slurry fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement including cleaning of manholes before plastering complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 65 mm thick reinforced precast cement concrete 1:1:2 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man cover bromatic slabs finish fair even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top surface will be chequred finish) including necessary form work including 2mm thick CR sheet with 2 coastly of bitumen paint and two nos PVC counter sunk handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge (Note : CA No and Date will be engraved on slab).Note: (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid saperately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finished the top surface of channel even and smooth using extra cement using forms moulds etc complete all as specified.

Cleaning of Kurb stone by sand paper & washing rubbing with water & final painting with two coat synthatic enamel paint as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of Sewage line, manholes etc and getting out in any type of soil, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm bore pipe including removing existing branch drain pipes of 150/200mm bore & benching to form branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) surface finished and reforming benching as required and making good surface with plaster etc to match existing , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforecd concrete) set in cement mortar 150 mm internal dia complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Non Skid Ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement reinforced cement concrete pipes 450mm dia class NP 3 pipe laid and jointed complete with collars and making good the surface, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with wsher and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 22.50 cm long, diameter of neck n exc 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised wire 3 mm fencing of size 50x50 or type weight n. exc 4 kg per square meter as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the manholes covers and de-sluding /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried,and making the septic tank and soak well fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent out of MD land using 5000 ltr capacity sewage tanker and re-instating the manholes cover to its original postion complete all as spd and directed by Engr-In Charge
