REPAIR/MAINT TO JOINT OF HELIPAD AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT LKT AND ADM SITE BHOWALI AT AF STATION BHOWALI.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size and colour conferming to IS 15658-2006 and including joints filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 1.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOT MARK" thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white /yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim caronate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 of MOST specificaiton including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

M&L for Polyurethane Pavement Joint Sealant, sealed using Fosroc Colpor 200, pavement sealant manufactoured by Fosroc to BS 5212: 1990, Joint shall be prepared and the sealant mixed and applied as per the manufacturer's instruction complete all as directed by Engr in Charge. (Note- The Joints require the complete removal of all foregin materials, including old sealant, dirt, and debris to ensure proper adhesion of new joint sealants.)
