Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: (a) Raft, bases of footings, foundation.etc

(b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc

(c)Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

(d) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms, columns

e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.Under 20 cm wide
