Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as spd as directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry finished without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4),finished even and smooth using extra cement to on brick masonary wall surfaces or on fair faces of brick masonary finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as on concerete surface on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing non- skid glazed ceramic tiles coloured 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floor etc set and joited with neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Engr-in-Charge will select sample from latest catalouge.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) with border in vertical surface 300 mm x 450 mm / 300x600 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match the surface incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Engr-in-Charge will select sample from latest catalouge.

M&L for Vitrified light shade ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Engr-in-Charge will select sample from latest catalouge.

M&L Removal of Existing Waterproofing Treatment and clean the surface. (a) Bonding Coat: Cleaning the surface with wire brush, water jet etc to remove dust, dirt etc. On clean surface applying a bonding coat of Asian paints Smartcare Multi Purpose Polymer mixed with cement (1:1.5) to reduce the existing surface porosity and as a bond coat for the new surface sceed on the top of the same. (b) Resurfacing : Applying and Laying a avg 15 mm thick layer of cementitious polymer modified mortar on the top of the bond coat as per manufacturer's instructions in existing gradient/ slope. Polymer will be added @ 8% to the weight of cement. Solid content of the polymer not less than 54%. The newly constructed surface to be cured with clean water at least for 10 days before applying WP membrane. (c) Liquid Applied WP Membrane: Application of Asian Paints two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of Polyurethene with the existing concrete surface. 33 % water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3(Resin:Hardner). Epoxy primer will be done at consumption of 0.2Kg per sqmt.
