Clearing of jungle, including uprooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm. measured at a height of 1m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mt. Outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however, only grass is met with the area wiil be measured and paid for under item 4001)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and Lift upto 1.5m disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in : All kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: all works upto plinth level

Centering & Shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of formS for : a) Foundations, Footings, bases for columns and mass concrete

Laterite masonary in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer incharge. a) 110 mm dia

Providing and laying in deisgn & pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks ( C.C. Paver Blocks) of m35/m40 strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick, compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with river/manufactured sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer/s specification & direction of Engineer. 60mm thick with Grey colour (m35 Grade)

Dismantaling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the duping ground within 50mts lead.
