Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Elevated Circular Over head storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipeproper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI/MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as mild steel ladders inside and outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks. Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 metre from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

a) Construction of reinforcement cement concrete Over head tank 40000 litres capacity of 10 metre staging height at Node No.52 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

b) Construction of reinforcement cement concrete Over head tank 75000 litres capacity of 10 metre staging height at Node No.156 & 106 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

c) Construction of reinforcement cement concrete Over head tank 45000 litres capacity of 10 metre staging height at Node No.162 complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) Construction of reinforcement cement concrete Under Ground/partially under ground Storage tank of 120000 litre capacity at Node No.25.

1.80 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre reinforcement cement concrete posts 2.50 metre centre to centre and reinforcement cement concrete struts with 9 horizental lines and two diagonal of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS-278-1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 Killogramme/100 metre (Minimum) strained and fixing to posts by typing to 6 milimetre galvanised steel bar niles/clips with 1 binding wire (including cost of reinforcement cement concrete struts and straining bolts) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings,framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets and similar type of work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
