M& L for painting of water supply panel with synthetic enamel paint over and including primer by spray painting inside and outside the panel completely.

Supply & fix in repair, installation, testing and commissioning of gear driven pop up sprinkler (full/part) capable of covering 7-15 m at 1.7-4.5 bars pressure with a discharge rate of 0.09-0.53 litre/second. The overall pop up height shall be 4 inch measured up to the centre of the nozzle. The sprinkler shall have seal-A-metalic device, a pressure- activated wiper seal and a filter screen attached to the drive housing to filter inlet water.the sprinker body shall house a heavy duty stainless steel retract spring for positive retraction. The sprinkler shall have a top adjustable stainless steel screw capable of reducing the radius up to 25%. the body of sprinkler shall be constructed of heavy duty, UV resistant plastic. M&L for servicing of pressure filter 300 series 3" dia disc type filter by removing of filter from the installation complete & taking out all the DISC & candle from the filter & washing/cleaning of complete filter with wire brush & removing all sludge/un wanted material by fresh water & fiiting complete filter & testing complete for every months all as per site requirement or as directed by EIC.

Taking out & rewinding the existing unserviceable burnt motor 50 HP, 3phase, 50 cycles by disconnecting electrically and mechanically and transporting to the locally workshop. Dismantling the motor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewinding the coils with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, and reassembling by replacing bearings reinstalling at the installation and testing, commissioning etc complete. Note - Before rewinding the existing motor, contractor must show the burnt motor/winding to the EIC. Old unserviceable copper retrieved will be property of contractor. Rates are inclusive of Old U/s copper winding and u/s spares.
