Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of e-quotation through e-tender for Derhi Fee Plaza at Km 283.700 for the use of four lane of Ghaghra Bridge to Varanasi Section from design kilometer 240.340 to kilometer 263.360 (existing km 232.140 to km 253.760) and from design kilometer 281.840 to kilometer 299.350 (existing km 271.140 to km 287.950) of National Highway 233 (New NH-28) in the state of Uttar Pradesh and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) The entries relating to (i) Name of Bidder, (ii) Bidder's Quoted Percentage above/below the APC per day in SL(B), (iii) Name of Authorized Signatory and (iv) Designation/Title of Authorized Signatory are mandatory. Any blank, incomplete, incorrect or misleading entry in financial sheet shall render the bid liable to be treated as Non-responsive.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
