Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg.) as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm stone agg) as in Sub base finishing cement concrete even amd smooth without using extra cement.

Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 - B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM (1:6) straight or curved exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface of wall and finished surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / beads in square, area n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in galvanised steel wire cloth 0.50mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 12 above but fixed in repairs.

Supply & fix mild steel frame consisting of wire cloth, 0.50mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed on steel frame made up of MS flat iron 20x3mm th after drilling out old ribates and flat iron strips and replacing with new 20 x 3 mm F.I. strips and new rebbets incl. necessary welding and painting of fillets to match with existing work as directed at site. and fixed with stainless wire staples fixed as in repairs in wooden frames complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water all as specified.

Rough cast plaster over and including base coat of rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on ceiling and finished surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 18 above but three coats white wash on ceiling.

M&L preparation of New wall plaster surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Glazed ceramic tiles (any shade) 300x200x6 to7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces as in dado/skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Make:Kajaria/ Somany/Orient).

Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (as approved) (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

First quality ,Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (of approved shade) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floor including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,complete all as specified.

M & L for non- skid and joint free ceramic tiles coloured7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. and screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite stone slab 15 to 18mm thick of any shade including grinding/moulding and polishing fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 14 to 16mm thick Udaipur Green Stone, polished (table rubbed & polished) as in floors, kitchen platforms, borders etc. over & including 15mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 borders incl rounding of edges complete all as specified & directed. by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L60 mm thickness machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS - 15658-2006 of M-35grade with grey cement and pigment.

S&F MS PVC coated Curtain Rod 20-25 mm dia of approved quality with two number decorative design as approved brackets fixed in brick/concrete wall and same finished knobs on each end of curtain rod all as directed and specified.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick E-Board tiles (Everest or equivalent) for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600x 600mm fixed with and including GI snap grid with 25x25x1.5 mm thick Tee section and 38x25x2 mm thick angle with hanging/supporting arrangements as in false ceiling at bottom at spacing 60 cm centre to centre including necessary GI cleats and 2mm dia GI wire as suspender fixed to ceiling not exceeding 1.20 mtr centre both ways with dash fastners complete and making good disturbed surfaces including taking down old ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos cement sheets in or similar patten roof coverings.

M&L for prepainted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts dismantling of AC Sheet etc as complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs walls fixed with L type or J type cranked hook or bolts etc
