Annual maintenance of Sub-Registrar Office Building at Sainkul for the year 2026-27

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed of the foundation to the required width & depth & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as per the direction of E.I.C.

Providing and filling clean dry sand of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth in 9" thick layer well watered and rammed incl. cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials etc.

C.C.(1:3:6) using 40mm HG metal of approved quality from approved quarry incl. hoisting, laying concrete in layers not exc. 15cm thick, compacting curing,finishing the exposed surface smooth, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials,cost of labour and T&p etc. all complete as per the direction of E.I.C..( A/R P/43 item 3) For foundation

Flyash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using brick of size 23cmx11cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance plus minus 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours befour use incl.lowering, placing in position, watering and curing and cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of labour & T&P etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C..(For foundation & plinth). etc all complete.

In superstructure

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm hard granite crusher broken metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of M.S. windows and door shutters and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls in proper position including making holes in walls RCC structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or RCC structures including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with RCC (1:2:4) with hard black broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm (1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to exceed 25% ) with cost, conveyane, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T & P articles requried for the work etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6),finished smooth to stone work after cleaning the surface incl.watering, curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials, labour and T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.( A/R P/105 item 14 ).

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 12 mm and down grade size H.G.C.B. chips for old work etc all complete.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over plastered surface as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
