Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5sqm each with shutters( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of df bed blocks for hold fasts. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fasts. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F composite 100% solid wood plastic complete (single extended process) material with density not less than 780 kg/cum and plastic wood as in chowkhat complete all as per manufacturer instruction. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in hold fast/ chajja coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick, flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and ply wood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ wire cloth, gauze exc (with sash bars any Number) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing wire mesh) etc. fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed. (Note : wire cloth wil be measured and paid separately).

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm, made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinfoced with M.S. square tube, supply and fixing in opening as per specification. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails,M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading , and joined together with solvent cement,supply and fixing at site as per specifications. complete all as specified and directed.
