Material and labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various capacity of cooling appliances as and when required by Refrigerator Mechanic and helper with necessary tools and plants for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments, complete and rectification of minor problems (compressor control panel resetting with electrical components like replacement of lugs/pin, MCB resetting, electrical wiring connections gas top up (gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item) ,to make the AC functional in all respect all as directed by the Engineer -In Charge. Notes: 1.Complaints/service schedule list shall be collected from concerned JE/Engineer-In Charge and report back on daily basis. 2.The Serial item Nos of BOQ 6 to 8, 77 to 80 of BOQ shall be outside the scope of this item. 3.A penalty of Rs. 250/- per day will be levied in case breakdown of equipment more than 3 working hours from the time of complaint registration due to non attending. 4.The Item shall be measured and paid only when no replacement of spares included in the repair work. If any spare replacement included in the work, the work shall be measured and paid under relavent item only.
