Filling foundation and plinth with coarsed river sand as per direction of department including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and labour etc. Complete in all respect.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors by using 4cm (1-1/2") size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of including laying , watering etc. Complete to required levels laid in layers including all leads and lifts, T&P etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete (M20) with 20 mm & down garded size CBHG chips including hoisting and laying in position compacting to proper design section including rigid smooth centering, shuttering with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials,

Providing reinforcement for RCC work with cutting, bending, binding and cost of rod complete.

Provision for fitting fixing of Out Let Valve for proper drainage & cleaning Purposed & paid as per actual

Assuming L.S. amount towards tranparenecy pillar/ display board & phography etc.

Adding 18% for GST
