removing of Grass, Antiweed Treatment & cleaning at 220 KV Santej S/S under Mehsana Tr. Circle.

Cutting, uprooting and removing of grass, shrubs, bushes etc. from area

as per priority given by EIC and also removing unwanted plants like

bordies, Ankadas, Nafatias etc. to be excavated uproots. Also includes

disposing off of cut grass, shrubs and unwanted plants outside the Sq.

1 premises of GETCO as per instructions of EIC. Scope included all tools 6372 1.0

and tackles, equipments, transportation, loading and unloading of cut

grass. Nothing will be issued by GETCO. 2 Rounds/Year Considered.

(Area- 1593 Sq. Mt. x 4 times= 6372 Sq. Mt.)

Supplying and spreading "Round up" (Glyphosphate 41%SL) of

approved ISI standard make or equivalent weedicide for weed control in

proportion of 100ml weedicide and 250-gram ammonium sulphate,

mixing with sticking agent mixed with 10 liters of clean fresh water and

second spray with same treatment as stated above after two months and

as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by Engineer-in-

charge. 2 Rounds/Year Considered. Sq.

If grass will remain after spraying Antiweed same should be in scope of Mt.

agency for re-treatment anti-weed considering in same round. Also,

Grass removing required after that due to whatsoever reason agency will

arrange the same. Burnt grass remain after antiweed should be in scope

of agency up to dispose the same outside of premises.

(Area- 14721 Sq. Mt. x 4 = 58884 Sq. Mt.) Only yard

Engaging unskilled labour for Cleaning the road side, shallow gutter brick

pitching IPS/open area, road side in colony area etc. with Zadu or coco

broom incl. collecting the swept material debris etc. and disposing

4 off/away outside the SS premises with necessary hand cart as directed 630 501.5 Day

(Zadu coco broom hand cart etc. required will be brought by contractor at

his own cost and shown to EIC)

1 Labour/Day x 315 Days/Yr. (1 W/o) X 2 Year = 630 M. days

Cleaning of toilet block of CR, offices with cleaning the floor, dado, WC

tub, wash basin, urinal etc. with necessary acid, phenyl, brushes, coco

5 broom etc. as per instruction. (Required material to be brought by 630 12.5 No.

contractor). Toilet Block required to be cleaned twice in a day.

1 T. Block/Day x 315 Day/Year (1 Week off) X 2 Year =

Cleaning the manhole chambers of any size and or depth up to 20'

including removing and fixing the cover in good condition collecting and

taking out the sludge, debris water etc. by means of labour or sludge

pump as per the inst. of engineer in charge including throwing off the

6 sludge and debris up to lead of 2 KM away as directed. (All required 60 58 No.

material will have been brought by contractor at his own cost) (As and

when required considering for two years)

15 Nos. x 2 Times/Year X 2 Yr. = 60 Times

Cleaning the water tank on terrace of the quarters and on the public

building at every three months or as directed including dewatering

cleaning with materials like bleaching powder/cleaning agent wire

brushes and collecting and disposing off the dirty materials in to dustbin

7 as directed by EIC. All required material will have to be brought by 24 300 No.

contractor at his own cost. Due care should be taken for not breaking the

6 Nos. x 2 Times/Year X 2 Yr. = 24 Times

Cleaning the existing colony main septic tank of appropriate size and

removal of all deposited settled debris sludge sewage thoroughly &

disposing the same outside the substation area as directed and cleaning

8 the tank neatly for reusing purpose including all tools tackles labours 6 3000 No.

machinery if necessary etc. complete as directed by EIC.
