REPAIRS / MAINT OF DRAINS TECHNICAL AREA UNDER GE VARSHA VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of area drainage by removing covering slabs of any description, position & thickness, removing material i.e, soil, vegetation, shrubs of any on top of cover slab Removing of deposited clay, silt, soil, debris, leaves and similar material in the drain and make the drain functional and disposal of same upto a lead of 1500m and place the cover slab of same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings, drain walls n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregates in in foundations, filling and mass concrete and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M30 design mix using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete of design mix 30 for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the likeeand complete the work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) and the like for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
