M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices pilasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices pilasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls including filling of holes with POP and wall care putty for fair finished surface all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of primer of same make of OBD on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices pilasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & greasy spots etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved colour scheme on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/L and UC resistance as per IS 15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dust resistance, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof 1st quality exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 L/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90L/10 Sqm and scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying external grade wall care putty on the entire surface including filling up undilutions and then sand papering the same to give smooth and even surface when surface is dry and M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/L and UC resistance as per IS 15489:2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dust resistance, water repellant, crack-bridging, weather proof 1st quality exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 L/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90L/10 Sqm and scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall & finishing the wall with textured paint of required shade (two or more coats applied @ 3.28L/Sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20Kg/10Sqm and creating the texture based effect by using required tools like brushes, sponges, spatulas and special texture rollers on wall surfaces over 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.
