Approach paper on methodology and work plan for performing the assignment. To demonstrate the approach paper on methodology consultant shall present presentation on previous executed project of similar nature of work from your firm it includes all salient features of the project. Also should have the knowledge about the recent technical codes (Presentation date will be Intimated)

Own NABL / NAAC accredited laboratory, MOU with NABL / NAAC accredited laboratory within Karnataka State only, Own laboratory carries higher weightage.

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff a) Qualification b) Firm having Structural Engineer c) Firm having PHE & Electrical Engineer d) Experience in handling similar nature of Projects

To Produce Staff Salary Certificate for the last 1 year Medical/ESI/PF along with return filed in concerned department for the Staff (Along with bank statement for the payment made to the staff with form 16 to be provided)
