RESTORATION/RESTRENGTHENING AGAINST DISTRESS INCL ALLIED REPAIRS /MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN MD ACCNS/BLDGS AT MES, AIRFORCE, NEW COLONY OFFRS AND DHRAMPORE COLONY AS PER STRUCTURAL AUDIT RECOMMENDATIONS OR REQMT/ ESSENTIALITY AT MILITARY STATION KANCHRA

Cutting/Demolition/dismantling of loose/damage/disintegrated concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof/ceiling, louvers, parapet, column, beam, lintel, etc using manual chipping tools/breakers without disturbing stability of structure with necessary scaffolding where reqd including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition/dismantling complete and dispose off debris outside MoD land.

Cleaning with nano bio wash the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 01 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper or by air blasting or sand blasting including foreign matrials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and washing down with water as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing single coat of high Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain Nano epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying of high Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain with high anti corrisive nano epoxy zinc rich primer on the steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 including cleaning and removing loose concrete from steel surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Surface area of existing reinforcement - 25mm width and length of bar treated (ii) Surface area of new reinforcement - circumference of bar and length

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT deformed bar or twisted bars upto 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and lapping ,welding as directed to the existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and placing in position free flow non shrink cementitious micro Nano-concrete of Grade M-50 for effected RCC beam, column, chajjas, fins/drops, staircase, etc. complete using necessary formwork (where applicable) after due treatment/coating of existing concrete with High Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain Nano epoxy bond adhesive and reinforcement surfaces with high Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain with high anti corrisive Nano Epoxy Zinc rich primer. Note : (i) Nano micro-concrete shall have a min 1 day compressive strength of 10 Mpa and 28 days strength of 50 Mpa including min tensile strength of 5N/mm² at 28 days and min flextural strength of 5N/mm² at 28days. (ii) Nano micro-concrete shall be prepared in proportion of (1Part) Nano cement : (0.5 Part) Sand (packed graded sand of same make) : (1 Part) Aggregate (packed graded sand of same make) : (0.1 Part) Nano shorter chain water based epoxy base : (0.1 Part) Nano shorter chain water based epoxy Hardener : (0.002 Part) Nano Admixture : (0.3 to 0.4 Part) Water : (0.01 Part) EHP Powder. (iii) Necessary formwork shall be removed after 48 hrs and curing shall be done as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Necessary formwork, TMT bars (where reqd), treatment with High Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain Nano epoxy bond adhesive and High Penetration, high adhesion shorter chain with high anti corrisive Nano Epoxy Zinc rich primer shall be measured and paid extra under respective items.

Material and labour for applying two component structural grade Shorter Chan Nano Base and Catalyst based polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 upto 25 mm average thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : Surface area shall be measured and paid for each 6mm thick layer

M&L for Use and waste of formwork to sides of rectangular pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.
