20.2.2:Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring, with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap).400 mm dia piles

5.37.1:Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in -charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @330 kg/cum. Excess /less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately.All wiork upto plinth level

5.9.5:Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

5.22.6:Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

13.7.1:12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

100.7.2:Bailing out water with engine and pump set above 5HP up to 10HP including conveyance to the site, erecting, dismantling and taking back of engine and pump, cost of fuel lubricating oil and other stores pay of staff etc., complete.

OD85423/2024-2025:Construction of temporary bund using earth filled cement bags including cutting of earth filling conveying and placing in position filling with contractors on earth (excluding rock )in the core portion of earthen bund by consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering .supplying conveying and covering using best quality poly-ether sheet on bund to protect from seasonal changes conveying and providing bamboo poles@3 m per 4 m cub (1 m in each longitudinal ,horizontal and vertical directions for reinforcing the temporary bund dismantlement sand /earth filled cement bags from the foundation site of bund apron on both sides counter walls and removing from the bags and disposing the damaged cement bags properly as per the direction of the department officers including cost of all labor charges and hire for tools and plants etc complete

OD85424/2024-2025:Supply ,stacking,spreading and consolidating of Red earth into where ever necessary including carriage, loading ,unloading & stacking up to any lead as directed by the Engineer in charge.

16.79:Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate ( size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

4.1.6:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
