Dismantling/opening of upper portion of diesel engine 225 KVA, Make Cummins Model: NT855, water cooled, turbo charged 1500 RPM installed at Kargil dett AF Power House and repair of engine including taking out radiator, fuel pump, hydraulic governors, lube oil pumps, water pumps, turbo charger etc complete all as specified including replacement of unserviceable parts and testing of the DG Set after completion of job as per satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Labour for Grinding, cutting & polishing of cylinder heads including, inserting new valve (Exhaust and inlet) valve seats/ guide, collect valve, valve spring etc.

Labour for Repair/overhauling and calibration of fuel pump complete by replacing of worn out parts such as bearing plungers, impeller and oil seal etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour for Grinding & Polishing of crank shaft and making it smooth for new heigher size of bearing and all as specifed and directed.

Labour for Repair/ overhauling and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts, carrel plunges, injectors etc.

Labour for assembling of engine after replacement of UNSV/defective parts with new as listed below supply only and job work listed against Srl item No 1. Note: All new spare parts and job work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Taking out Fuel Injector Pump assembly from DG set of capacity 45 KVA (Cummins) and carrying to the work shop for calibration including replacement of minor parts such as washer, gasket nuts and bolts as required at site complete, refixing the same including testing with the satisfection of Engr-in - charge.

Labour for Repair/ overhauling and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts, carrel plunges, injectors etc. from DG set of capacity 45 KVA (Cummins) and refixing the same with the satisfection of Engr-in - charge.

S&F in repair/ replacment of Self starter/Cranking motor, auto lock, 12 V of existing make Cummins or As availalbe at site on the 45 KVA DG Set and taking out u/s self starter from DG set. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of old UNSV Starter panel complete set with all meter for DG Set of Cap 225KVA Model No: NT855 as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of Old UNSV Self Starter for DG Set Make: Cummins of capacity 225 KVA Model No: NT855 including testing with the satisfection of Engr-in - charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Old UNSV loop Sensor for DG Set Make: Cummins of capacity 45 KVA TO 225 KVA Model No: NT855 including testing with the satisfection of Engr-in - charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of Diesel tank by removing all diesel from sump and cleaning the sump with cleaning agent and make it free from dust and other impurites of any size and make as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing of alternator assy of DG set capacity 45 KVA to 225 KVA including nuts, bolts and washer complete as per site requirment . Make- SKF / NBC/ FAG

Supply and filling only coolant DAFC-50 of authentic make complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of AVR complete of DG set of capacity 45 KVA to 225 KVA DG set including taking out the unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Taking out of radiator/Aftercooler from DG set 45 KVA to 225 KVA, Cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using caustic soda for any obstacles inside the tube and refixing it complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 15 W- 40 grade) of Make: Valvoline / castrol as approved by GE.Note for Fixing /filling charges of item is deemed to be included in item no 2 & 3 respectively.(should be packd of 15/20 Ltrs bucket)

Supply only cotton cloth waste (as per sample) for cleaning & maintainance of DG set at this station.

Taking down,repair and refixing to DGs soundproof doors broken hinges and handles of any make and size/Capacity including fixing with suitable size of broken door hinges with nuts,bolts or welding as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure type change over switch on load front handle four pole 415 volts 50 Hz 400 Amps including mounting arrangement of metallic frame work of appropriate section and size on wallsor panels complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Havells/L&T/C&S

Supply and replacement of maintenance free battery 12 volt 150/180 AH, Make- Exide./Standard/ Luminous/ Amron.

Supply and fixing of asbestos rope to exhaust pipe of DG set of any Cap as per existing size and colour as per satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Material and labour in replacement for sign board made of metal frame of size 1m x 0.6m and metal sheet of minimum thickness 3 mm duly painted and name of installation written on the sign board complete as required on site or as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The stand made of angle iron of suitable size for fixing of sign board and the PCC work for fixing the stand in the ground are deemed to be inclusive of the item. (ii) Cost of painting of sign board, angle iron as directed by Engr-in-charge is deemed to be inclusive in the item.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of the DG Set including radiator, fuel tank etc complete degreasing and spray painting the same with two coats of approved fire proof metal paint including writing SM/MES nos on DG set of capacity 45 KVA to 225 KVA all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement for Notice board of size 1m x 0.6m x 0.2m made of soft board wood and 12 mm thick cotton cloth over the wood, duly fixed on the wall with necessary arrangement complete as required on site or as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair to Dynamo of cap 12/24 Volts with complete rewinding, replacement of pinion and teeth including all minor parts like washers of 225 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 15190.00 (Rupees Fifteen thousands one hundred and ninety only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
