M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling or chajjas surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rough cast plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1 :4 complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered / un plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint on the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over alkaline resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash over prepared surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks using old serviceable bricks including cleaning of old bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a). Glazing shall be measured and paid separately; (b). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (c). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc. as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight; (d). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and removing the same from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F anodised aluminium grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt over and including a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/litre at 25 degree centigrade temperature and viscosity 70-160 cps with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centigrade at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centigrade when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) The work shall be carryout at a height upto 12 metre.

M & L providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding over RCC roof including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rolling shutter push pull or manual type of any size incl accessories like shaft, top cover, guide channel, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rolling shutter push pull or manual type incl taking down accessories like shaft, top cover, guide channel and straightening/ rectify warped/ buckled parts, including cleaning/ overhauling, greasing/oiling, make functional rolling shutter in all respect and refixing the same in same opening to walls/RCC members all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality (square/rectangular) 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles premium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No 133 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic light shade tiles premium/1st quality 10mm thick of same description as of floor tiles as in serial item No 137 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirting's/dados of size 450x300x7mm thick or nearest size as required , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in floor, treads of steps/stair, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16 to 18 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in skirting , riser of steps, dados etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick coloured paver tiles of size 300 x 300x 10mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in C.M 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving's n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc. and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and fixing 32/40 mm dia PVC waste pipe of standard length for wash hand basin / Kitchen sink etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
