Excavation in all types of soils , including backfilling and compacting and disposing surplus earth OUTSIDE of the campus at any unobjectionable place as directed etc. complete. The rate shall including shoring and strutting of sides as required. The rates shall also include loading, transporting and unloading the excavated material. Actual excavated volume to be measured and paid, From existing grade at the spot to 1.5 meter below.

Providing and laying, hand mixed, plain, cement concrete (PCC), 1:4:8 (cement: sand: coarse aggregate) as leveling course for valve chamber/pipe or RCC base, including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per instruction by Site In-charge ( 3" to 4" thickness of PCC)

Providing and laying machine mixed and vibrated cement concrete of grade 1:1.5:3 in all shapes and at all heights and levels, including formwork, curing, compaction, etc. but excluding reinforcement bars all complete as per drawings and specifications. This item is for support of G.I water supply line size is up to 0.60mt X 0.60mt X 0.75mt. Clamp shall be fix over RCC support. Rate inclusive of all mentioned items.

Providing, and fixing of DI pipe line DI-k-9 pipes of various classes with CI/DI/MS specials of following diameters, Jindal / Electrothurm / equivalent approved make as per the instruction of engineer - in charge. Installation / fixing of DI pipes including cleaning, cutting, jointing with providing DI specials i.e. tee, bends, reducers and required accessories and erection. Installation, fixing on pipe support walls or laying to ground level with hyd. Testing of piping required to commission in all respect including supply of consumables, tools, tackles, labour as per specification and direction of engineer - in charge., 100mm diameter

Providing and fixing butter fly valve L&T, audco make or equivalent in existing HDPE line by cutting existing line flange jointing. Rate includes cost of attachments around the valve, bolts, gaskets and fanged joints, 100mm

Connection with the existing pipe line etc. complete, 100mm dia

Lead Joint of socket tail pieces as per weight rate of C.I. fittings.

Providing, fabricating and laying fittings made from M.S. plates, made to required shapes and sizes of 'tees' or 'tail pieces', exactly to fit for connecting to existing 100mm Cast Iron Pipes.

Pipes for line, reducers, bends etc.

Ring Flanges up to 200 mm dia.

Consolidating gas cutting pipes/plates etc. and butt Welding in all position with required number runs, for MS pipes internally and /or externally including gauging wherever necessary, fixing appurtenances and other accessories in connection with pipe laying work as per specification.

Hiring and operating the electric demolition hammers for breaking the hard obstructions and old RCC trust blocks from around old lines etc. complete. Rate shall be inclusive of removing the debris outside the campus at un-objectional place beyond AMC limits.

Providing and operation dewatering Pump including fuel charges & operator Charges etc. as directed etc. comp. (Shift for Eight Hour)

Horizontal directional drilling for road crossing at different location with required equipments for drilling and pulling PVC casing pipe (150mm dia 10kg/sq.cm). The lenth of casing pipe should be 750mm extra on both end of the drill. The rate shall include supply of PVC pipe and necessary sand bag wrapping around DI pipes at required interval to keep the pipe in level inside casing pipe, for 100 dia DI line
