Annual Maintenance and Up Keeping of RVPN Rest House at NPH Colony, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur

Up keeping of RVPN Rest House at NPH Jodhpur which includes Maintenance and Running of RVPNL Rest House at NPH Colony, Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur, having VIP Suit 2 Nos., Room 6 Nos.(2 Beds), Room 2 Nos.(3 Beds), Dormitiory 2 Nos.(6 Beds), Dining Hall 1 No. (20 Seats), Meeting Hall 1 No.(53 seats), Kitchen 1No., Office Room, Reception, Open Space, Attendant Room, Common Toilet and central open space, Front garden and flower pots & Parking space etc. The Maintenance should be done as per following specifications, terms & condition, the scope of work and Job: (a) Skilled and semi skilled persons for Boarding Services:- Cooking services :- One each skilled and un skilled person as cook and assistant to cook in two shifts to provide boarding services having sufficient experience in cooking, to make available for the guests staying in the rest houses Tea, Breakfas,Lunch.Evening Tea and Dinner etc, at Rest House,Jodhpur as per the approved menu at approved rate list as and when demanded (grocery and vegetables will be arranged by the firm) incl. cleaning of all kitchen utensils etc Properly & regularly, maintaining good hygiene.The appointment of cook provided by the contractor shall be done after test taken by Engineer Incharge. (b ) Unskilled persons for Attendant Services:- One person (unskilled Labour) 2 day shifts & 1 in night shift to provide full time services, having good conduct, sincere and obedient, having good experience for house keeping and room services at RVPN Rest House at Jodhpur which incl. day to day cleaning of 8 rooms , 2 Suit Rooms, 2 Nos Dormitory & One Dining Hall, Kitchen, One Meeting Hall , Store etc. along with cleaning of furniture’s, pelmets, doormats etc. & other activities likeserving bed tea, breakfast, lunch,evening tea, and Dinner etc as per the requirement by the visitors at the Rest House, providing satisfactory room services for visitors. The work involves removal of dity laundry, kouse keeping and room service on call and placing of mosquito repellants and ensuring cleanliness before the visitors occupying the room and during their occupancy (c) Unskilled persons for Cleaning and gardening Services One unskilled person part time for gardening and maintaining of existing garden & the existing plants in the pots as part time services & One unskilled persons in part time in two shifts sweeper having good conduct and obedient person for day to day cleaning of RVPN Rest House, Jodhpur and its premises, roads & openspace, Parking space, back side along with the compound wall, verandas and roof of building,staircase, Hall, sanitification of toilets completing above activities regularly and after every check out excluding the cost of (toilets & floorcleaners) and other cleaning T&P, the Odonil or equivalent be made available in every toilets at all the time, minimum four No’s Naphthalene balls should be put to use in every urinal & wash basins as well as cleaning of chambers & manholes as and when required. (d) Recharge of cable TV connections: Recharge of existing DEN Cable TV connection with minimum DEN330 Plan and keeping the TV and cable TV set up remote fully functional per month (e) The scope of work also includes the cost for labour and material for cleaning of sofa, chair seats, curtains, sofa covers. atleast Twice in a year in the Entire Rest House at Jodhpur (f)The scope of work also includes the cost for labour and material for Washing of bedsheets, pillow covers , hand towels, bath towels, blanket covers ( after every check out) in every room and dormitory and a record register maintained for verification (g) The scope of work also includes the cost for providing approved make Soap (to be provided in the wash rooms invaribly), odonil (to be kept in toilets), pocha, jhadu, , phenyl (as required for floor cleaning), napthanlene balls (in urinals and WHB at all times), room freshners, mosquito repellants (in every room), surf etc for one month.
