WORK OF REPLACEMENT OF GASKET OF 40 MVA T/F-I IMP MAKE AT 220 KV S/S AMROHA UNDER ETD AMROHA

The following works are to be carried out at 220 KV S/S Amroha under ETD, Amroha

Shifting of oil tank 25 KL including loading, unloading & carriage from any near place to 220 KV S/S Amroha.

Drain out of T/F oil from main tank of filling in empty oil drums.

Dismantling of HV/LV/Neutral bushing, turrent from T/F Tank, Radiators, conservator Tank, explosion vent pipe, bucholz relay, oil pipe line, colling fans, opening of electricals connections & proper blanking for open space of replacement of gasket.

Centrifuging of oil in oil tank by connecting the centrifuging pipes, circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to increases BDV.

Repalcement of old & Damage gasket of 40 MVA T/F by providing new gasket as per required size of good quality rubberized cork sheet of NU COCK/TALBROS make at required places of complete T/F including top covers & accessories.

Complete erection of 40 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turret (if available) turret, HV/LV/TV/N bushing, all pipe lines, radiator, oil, etc.

Cleaning of Core and winding by fresh T/F oil and removed the slug from bottom.

Create the vacuum inside the tank for period for 24 Hrs.

Centrifuging of oil in the transformer. taking the IR/BDV value of period of 4 hrs. as per norms of T/F manufacturer of till the desired values are attained filling of centrifuging T/F oil up to required oil levels of T/F. Centrifuging machine shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Overhauling of diverter switch after removing of oil and dirty T/F oil from its chamber filling the fresh centrifuged T/F oil its centrifuged T/F oil its centrifuged circulation as per norms of T/F.

Painting of 40 MVA T/F with suitable gray paint.
