Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three whell 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kn static roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORD technical specifications Section 400. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means of crushed stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III (double layer) [75mm (seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN (eighty to one hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg Zero decimal eight five kilogram) per square metre of road surface using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor complete, as per MORD technical specifications Section 500 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm (zero point two seven five ) kilogram per square metre) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical Specification Clause 503 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax sale tax,GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal sufacing material of 25 mm (Twenty five millimetre) thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Eleven point two millimetre to zero point zero nine millimetre)(Type-A @ 0.338 kg/ (Zero point double three eight) per ten square mtere aggregate using penetration grade bitumen @ ie binders content @27.50 kg (Twenty seven point five zero killogram)/10 sqm or 5.11% (Five point seven five percent) by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10 gm (Two point one zero gram )/cc to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, leying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 509 including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire specifiaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
