Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, slabs, lintels, plain window/door sills up to floor level including the cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1cemt, 1.5 coarse sand and 3 graded stone aggregate) including watering curing etc complete

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows and other frames fixed in position with holdfast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diameter and length etc. Complete. Country wood Anjili or equivalent in strength

Providing and fixing panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws including panelling all fixers etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge Anjili wood or good quality country wood 35mm thick shutters (twin shutter, double leaf each)

Structural steelwork riveted, bolted or welded in built up section (I section or C sections) framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position as a lintel and applying of approved steel primer all compete

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick including watering, curing, staging wherever required etc., complete for wall/ceiling on directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of areas 2.5sqm or under including cutting patches in proper shape, racking out the joints and preparing the plastering the surface of wall complete including the disposal of the rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of approved brand and manufacturer in all colours and shade in floors, walls, skirting, raiser of steps etc.,

Over 12mm to 20mm thick bed in cement mortar 1:3 joining with grey cement slurry 3.3kg/m2 etc., complete for 600x600mm tiles [cost of tile not less than 850/m2]

Laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive confirming to IS 15477 in average 6mm thick including grouting the joints etc., complete for 600 x 600mm tiles [cost of tile not less than 850/m2]

Providing and fixing white vitreous China floor mounted water closet of approved brand and manufacture one unit with flushing systern along with suitable tap including dismantling of old closet and allied fillings, fixing necessary lines, fixtures, health faucet etc., where ever required and disposal of dismantled materials to suitable place on pointed out by the Engineer in charge etc., complete

Applying water proofing the internal wall to the damaged dampness areas of the building using Dr.Fixit or any other similar approved materials etc., complete

Scraping and removing the existing painted surface, painting with acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturers, two or more coat over priming coat to get an even shade of internal walls and ceiling

Scraping and removing the existing painted surface, painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers two or more coat to get an even shade for doors and windows, grills etc

Scraping and removing the existing painted surface painting with premium exterior emulsion for outer wall of security building of approved brand and manufacturers two or more coat over priming coat to get an even shade.

Labour engaged for laying centering work for slab using adjustable Jacky, wooden planks to protect slab in connection with the dismantling of brick work to provide double shutter door including transporting Jacky and centring materials and dismantle the same immediately after the work

Hire charges of adjustable Jacky and planks including transportation, loading and unloading etc., complete
